Story

A leadership position isn’t something to be taken lightly. Good leaders are kind, compassionate, and caring, yet still know how to get a job done and encourage others to do well on their own, as well. We each have a role in this life to be good leaders. In anything we do, there’s always going to be someone who looks up to us and follows in our footsteps. 

As leaders, we have the responsibility to leave a legacy. Don’t let that sentence scare you; you don’t have to strive to be in the Hall of Fame if you don’t want to. What I mean is: our legacy should be leading others with kindness and light. Leading with light is going to be different for each person. We’ll all have different ways of brightening others’ days and being the cause of smiles. Our legacies will be lasting in each person we encounter based solely on how we treat them.

May this beautiful Lady Liberty strap inspire you to do all things with light. I have no doubt you’re doing a great job of it so far.
